Right of withdrawal (14 days cooling-off period)

You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason.

After cancellation, you have 14 days to return the product.

Return Policy

An item is eligible for return when:

• The product is undamaged , unused and in original condition .
  
• The product is in its original packaging (to the extent reasonably possible).
  
• It is not a personalized , custom-made or hygienically sealed product and the seal has been broken.
  

Exceptions

The following items cannot be returned:

• Sealed products where the seal has been broken after delivery.
  
• Personalized or specially made products for you.
• Digital products that have already been delivered.
  

Return costs

The costs for returning the package are at your own expense , unless otherwise stated.

If a product is exchanged due to a mistake by By Lola Luna, we will, of course, reimburse the return costs.

Refund

After receiving your return, it will be assessed within 14 days .

If approved, we will refund the purchase amount (excluding shipping costs) to the same payment method used to place the order.
